Massachusetts Flash Film Festival

So I finally found a home for the Massachusetts Flash Film Festival that is supportive and wants to do it.  The Belmont Media Center in Belmont, MA has agreed to produce/host the festival.  "Flash" is similar in structure to the 48 hour festival but geared for the locals and budding filmmakers.  Festival dates are Kick-off on Thursday September 22nd with a film drop off of Sunday September 25th.  Registration for teams opens on August 1st.

“MoonWraith” Producer/Distributor Needed

“MoonWraith” is a character drama/action TV series set in Medieval Europe against the backdrop of a war between humans and werewolves.

The series will focus on a young Seer named Kizzy Faw, who is sent to a fortress by the king for the purpose of using her gift of Sight to locate the fabled MoonWraith – the talisman that was used, long ago, to create the race of werewolves – in the hopes of using it to wipe the creatures out. However, on her way to the fort, an accidental…

“Predators or Prey?” Producer Needed

The script for the film adaptation of “Predators or Prey?”, the first book in my Wendy Markland series of novels, has been cleaned up and put into the hands of my agent. The script is 120-pages-long. If anyone reading this is interested in producing the project, please contact me and I will put you in touch with my agent. I already have a director who would very much like to direct this and an actor who is interested in playing the male lead role of Jacob Iverson.

NH 48 Hour Film Project - Resonance

Last weekend I connected with Banded Light Pictures in Manchester, NH and worked with them on their submission to this year's 48 Hour Film Project. The genre that they drew was "Period Piece". Everyone decided, almost unanimously. to do a 1940's-esque film. You can view the 7 minute short that we did here. My involvement in this was sound design and original music. It was a blast, and we even won audience choice for the group b…
