Live Show Aftermath

Just got back in from a big martial arts production that i directed, produced, and performed in. The show was UNBELIEVABLE! Absolutely AMAZING!!! I wish you all could have been there. On stage I gave the introduction, and I was also the opening act. You know how you shake your opponent on a football field? That's kind of what I did with my routine. Today is the day for my Live Martial Arts and Stunts Production. My ankle has me worried about a worse injury but all in all I'm totally ready, psyched, and completely pump. It's tonight at 6pm and I can't wait! The ankle will wrapped tightly and I've been using kung fu liniment to help ease the pain. Wish you all could be there. I'll let you know how everything turns out!

i can't believe it's 2 days away from my show and i hurt my darn ankle -- again. how am i going to perform in a show that i'm in charge of with an ankle injury i don't know but you can believe that i won't let it stop me. i put in too much time and effort into this to get sidetracked now. so i'll have to take the necessary precautions b4 continuing. i knew something was wrong with my ankle when i could walk correctly and in the middle of the night the pain got worse so suddenly.

The date is set for my Live Martial Arts/Stunt Production. Been working around the clock with auditions, and rehearsing routines in an extremely short amount of time. I actually had a dream that Jet Li AND Jackie Chan were there. Aside from working with them I'm hoping that indicates the night will be a success. I've been keeping busy with auditions. There's one coming up on May 28 right here in my home town of Springfield. It's for a horror movie. I'm going out for the part of a Zombie! We get to attack a Rave Party. There are speaking parts as well but I've always wanted to play a Zombie in a movie. It will be shown on Comcast some time next year. I'll let you know how I make out at the audition.
I've been teaching my boys some Martial Arts. Right now I'm showing them how to punch and kick. Double kicking with redirection, blocking moves, and some take down moves. It's funny to watch them. I watched a Bruce Lee special the other day on Discovery. It was fantastic! It had had his wife and daughter on. China is going all out with a Bruce Lee Museum. I'm hoping something like that gets built here in the states. They also showed his grave along with his son Brandon. I'll be 55 in two weeks.(31st) Still hanging touch though. Training every other day. My left knee and left shoulder need replacement. That doesn't stop me. I train around the injury. I'm not jumping off of any buildings anymore but I do train. Think I'll jump on that when I get the audition notice. Other than that it's been quiet in the movie industry around here.. The good weather is coming so it should pick up.
