Singing in the car with the window down, outdoor adventure, dive bars, garlic, crossword puzzles, film noir, traveling, dancing, moose, being a friend, talking to the homeless, anything Italian or medieval, solitude, riding the NY subway at off-peak hours, spreading good juju wherever I go, the Beat Generation, the Black Death, peanut butter and its many uses, testing my mojo, Brooklyn, Jack the Ripper

About Me:

I've been acting since my first year of college when I was given a bit part at the last minute in "Inherit the Wind". I've been performing ever since with a short hiatus after the birth of my second child. A few years ago I decided to branch out into film work and that's been my concentration lately. I learned to appreciate the vast difference between stage and film performance.

I've been very fortunate to work with extremely talented people some of whom have become friends. I'll be out there always trying to improve my skills until they drag me away.

I'm making a documentary about the after effects of adoption reunion. I was reunited with my birth family some years ago and discovered 9 siblings, some of whom I've grown very close to. There were many issues regarding how adoptees feel after such an event and how they foster their new found relationships.

I was called by Billy Dowd Casting while in the middle of a 1st grade class. Luckily I had an assistant in the rooom who could take over. The shoot went ok, except they scraped the whole mornings filming due to variable changes in the weather. I was actually becoming quite upset that all the films would soon be leaving and GOD FORBID, I didn't work on any of them. My other film I am waiting to hear about.
