No Mecca for me
Dear friends & colleagues:
You may have seen notices or received emails from me, regarding advice I needed or cast & crew work I had available for a project called The Mecca Is Coldness of Heart, written by DG Plante & produced by Rogue Spirit Productions. I am writing to thank you for your interest & involvement thus far, but after much discussion this past weekend, the writer/producer/founder of RSP & I have decided to part ways. For professionalism's sake, I won't go into detail, but as it stands right now, I will neither be producing for nor acting in any RSP production. For the sakes of efficiency & open information/communication, I will also say that I have knowledge of the fact that he & the director have reached a similar conclusion & that these setbacks will push production of The Mecca back indefinitely, if it ever gets off the ground at all. It's disappointing, because it's such a brilliant, beautiful script, but it's the way things must be. Sorry to all who had a stake in this. I wish you the best in future endeavors & look forward to working w/ all of you again really soon.
