What those who have worked with me have to say:
It's been a joy working with Anastasia for almost a year now. As a student she exhibits a true passion for acting and brings life to a script right from the first read through. Anastasia is an actress who is willing to take big risks, and who has that all too rare ability to fully commit herself to the moment at hand without equivocation. Her analytical skills are quite fine-tuned - this is no doubt because of her diligence. She is an actor who is not afraid of hard work - this translates both on stage and on camera into seemingly effortless, seamless acting. I am honored to work with this fine young woman, and I look forward to watching her career blossom and take hold.
- Dorothy Brodesser, The Actors Center
Stasia was a student in my Beginning Acting class at the Actors Workshop and I have had the opportunity to observe her talents at length. Stasia has an excellent ear for drama. She is able to hear what the text and subtext of the piece is saying to her, as well as communicate with her fellow actors. She has an ease and friendliness about her that causes many to gravitate toward her. As an actress, Stasia is one of those rare actors that are content to listen and learn, instead of constantly vying for attention. In her cool and calm fashions, she dominates the scenes she's performing in, without ever resorting to show off tactics. Stasia showed a great dedication to doing the homework of the craft, far beyond the goal of merely learning lines. She was very advanced on her work on interpreting text, fleshing out characters and making strong, confident choices onstage.
- Juliet Bowler, Acting Teacher
Anastasia understands her job as an actor from trusting her instincts to analyzing text to making choices and executing them. She is always thinking on her feet never dropping the ball. Her strengths lie in that wonderful humor of hers and that never-ending battle to get to the truth of a moment. She is strong, precise, and brave in her work. I look forward to seeing her work every time as I know it will be interesting and entertaining.
- Derek Stearns, Acting Coach
Anastasia is a vibrant, attentive, hard-working and lovely woman! Her passion and dedication to her acting career and individual growth is endless...
- Lori Frankian, Consultant, Independent Casting Director, actress
After several weeks of fruitless casting calls I was relieved when Anastasia arrived to audition for my film, SYX. After briefly scanning through the pages, she transformed effortlessly into the character I’d been imagining. She understood the rhythm of the dialogue, the dramatic subtleties, the goofiness of the humor, and conveyed a sense of the character’s history. She worked hard to perfect the part, asking perceptive questions and translating my direction into a natural and compelling performance.
- Harvey Benschoter, Director, "Syx"
O’Brien shows great depth as Agnes, poignantly portraying her difficult, selfless and misguided journey.
- Jim Dorman, The Patriot Ledger
Anastasia's work as Susannah from Alan Ayckbourn's Bedroom Farce was full of risk taking, dedication, heart, and humor. She was a pleasure to work with. Her interactions with her fellow actors were genuine and collegial. She took direction to heart, consistently working diligently to learn more and more about her character and about herself as an actor.
- Elizabeth Bettencourt, Director, "Bedroom Farce", PCT
I was fortunate to have Stasia work on our production team as Assistant Director. She is efficient and organized, and brought enthusiasm and a solid work ethic to the production. I certainly felt comfortable delegating responsibilities to her, and she never needs to be asked twice to complete a task.
I look forward to working with her again!
- Brian Delaney, Director, "The Left Hand Singing", TMP

Anastasia,
I replied to your e-mail a few minutes ago. Thanks for the continued interest in the film project.
Scott
Anastasia,
Good morning. I just e-mailed you the "Predators or Prey?" script; thank you for the e-mail address.
Scott
Anastasia,
Will do; thank you. To what e-mail address should I send it?
Scott
Anastasia,
Hello. You asked what I needed for the "Predators or Prey?" adaptation film. The script is based on my 4th novel, the first book in my Wendy Markland series - http://search.barnesandnoble.com/Predators-or-Prey/Scott-Harper/e/9780984626755/?itm=2&USRI=predators+or+prey? I have an experienced director who wants to helm the project and two actors - one very experienced - interested in the film. The one wants to play the lead male role of Jacob Iverson.
Right now, I'm trying to interest as many people in the project as possible, to make it easier - hopefully - for the person representing the project to get it sold. If you like, I can e-mail you the script. If, after reading it, it's something you'd be interested in working on, just let me know and I'll let the acting agent know. If you'd be interested in producing, I can put you in direct contact with the representation for the project.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Scott
