The reason Creative Actors Alliance was created.

Many of us go on countless auditions maybe get a call back or maybe not. And you start to wonder why you didn't get cast for that role. There are many reasons why or why not. But instead of wondering about it, why not produce your own work? That's the main reason why I created this group is to encourage you the actor to produce your own work. You'll never have to wait for a call back again because you're writing your own ticket. If Vin Diesel for example didn't produce his own short film he would have never got the call from Steven Spielberg to be in Saving Private Ryan. Or if Sylvester Stallone would have never written Rocky where would he be. Here in the group you can discuss ideas you may have for a script. Or a character you've always wanted to play. Get a couple of fellow actors and make a film. If you need help in the filmmaking side of things I'm always willing to help a fellow actor in anyway I can. Now I leave you with my favorite quote from Mr. William Shakespeare “To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.”

Great group Rafael! This line of thought is actually how I got into writing scripts, so it's right up my alley! I just finished writing a full length film (comedy) that's pretty much ready to be filmed once I get enough actors (Anyone interested in starring in it or helping out behind the scenes once I get it going?) Now I'm getting ready to write a TV show that I want to film at Franklin Pierce U. this semester for their campus TV. Good luck to all of you on your projects!

Someone, please make a couple of shorts with these. And keep going. They're 2 monologs for a project I call "Reality TV." Under Creative Commons, you can keep going with the idea and add more monologs to it. Go!!!!!
